Offside! Mini Hamburgers Wrapped in Guerrero® Flour Tortillas
6 Guerrero® Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 cup ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Oil for frying
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, egg, mustard, salt and pepper. Form 24 little patties.
Using a cookie cutter, cut out 4 circles from each Guerrero® Flour Tortilla. Heat the Guerrero® Flour Tortillas and place a meat patty in the middle of the circle. Fold the Guerrero® Flour Tortilla and hold in place with a toothpick stuck through meat and Guerrero® Flour Tortilla. Fry until crispy.
Serve hot on a large plate as a tasty snack.
Accompany with pico de gallo sauce (chopped raw tomatoes, chiles, cilantro, etc.), red sauce, green sauce and guacamole.
